Nehemie Dantica received her doctorate in clinical psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL. She completed her APA–accredited pre-doctoral internship at Towson University and her Postdoctoral Residency at Swarthmore College prior to joining Drexel. She is a second-generation Haitian American and grew up in an immigrant household.

In therapy, she primarily utilizes an interpersonal and person–centered approach and uses skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. Her goal is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where students can feel understood and work towards an authentic and fulfilling life. Her interests include helping students experiencing difficulties with interpersonal relationships, emotional regulation, low selfesteem, perfectionism, first–gen and immigrant experiences, young–adulthood and navigating life transitions, religion and spirituality, anxiety, and trauma.  

Outside of work Nehemie enjoys reading novels, rewatching her favorite K–dramas, spending time with loved ones, and traveling.
