COVID-19 cases are increasing again in Pennsylvania. Please continue to follow safety precautions

Drexel is exploring its options for the winter term—including possibilities for hybrid learning and fully on-campus learning for all students, as well as on-campus housing. We will make a final determination by the end of October.

Drexel completed baseline testing and is preparing to introduce larger-scale testing strategies. Please read the full message below for current testing information, and prepare for additional testing by downloading the Drexel Health Tracker app.

Key Facts

  • Undergraduate courses will continue remotely for the fall quarter term.
  • University housing will remain closed to undergraduate students.
  • Graduate students will continue in the currently planned hybrid modality for the fall term. Kline School of Law, College of Medicine, clinical programs in the College of Nursing and Health Professions and specific health sciences and clinical graduate programs will continue to be conducted on campus.
  • Drexel will cancel its tuition increase and implement a tuition freeze for all on-campus undergraduate students for the fall 2020 term.
  • Masks are required in all campus buildings, facilities, leased properties and outdoors when social distancing of 6 feet or more is not possible.
  • Research, scholarly and creative activities will continue as per our research ramp-up protocol.
  • Varsity athletics teams will not be participating in intercollegiate athletics this fall.
