Exploring the World of Online Outreach for Work and Play
Over the past decade, online science outreach
has transformed from a curiosity to a form of extension work easily accessible
to most scientists. Talking about science can take many forms, and with a
nearly endless supply of platforms, a creative scientist can find a wide
variety of audiences. In this talk we will explore the process of creating
projects which use games and stories to keep an audience engaged, and which
ultimately allows them to connect with science through entertainment.
