Sometimes it is useful to see the Sitecore item ID for pages or other items (especially for Content Tags).

Finding the "Quick Info" section

You may not see the "Quick Info" section in the editor initially, and so you will need to make it visible first. There are a few simple steps to do this:

0. Open the Sitecore Start menu
1. Open the Control Panel
2. Click Preferences
3. Choose "Change your Application Options"
4. Check the box for the "Quick Info" section (and click "OK")
