Our refund policy

We will accept refund requests for eligible prints within 7 days of the print date. Your request will be reviewed by the Print Center Manager. Refunds are subject to approval.

If your print is eligible for a refund, you will receive your refund in 3-5 business days. Refunds will be applied to your PaperCut account balance.

We provide refunds for quality issues caused by the printer, such as paper jams, low toner, and smudges.

Print issues caused by human error are non-refundable. These include:

  • Incorrect choice of print options, such as paper size, double-sided printing, or quantity.
  • Improper formatting.
  • Use of low-resolution files and images.
  • Spelling and grammatical errors.

Large format prints

If your large format print from the Westphal Print Center has a quality issue caused by the printer, we'll reprint your order at no charge. In the case that your order can't be reprinted, we'll offer you a refund. Refunds will be applied to your PaperCut account balance.
