Denise Snow joins Drexel

January 25, 2016 — Please join us in welcoming Denise Marie Snow to Westphal as the new Academic Advisor for students in the majors of majors of Art History, Dance, Entertainment & Arts Management and Music Industry. With more than eight years of diverse experience in Student Services, Academic Affairs and Program Management, Denise brings to Drexel an outstanding set of leadership skills, advising expertise, and passion for student success. Since 2012 she has served as Academic Advisor and adjunct instructor at Gwynedd Mercy University in Center City, Philadelphia, where she assisted in the development and implementation of a student engagement plan and communication plans, new student orientation and an enhanced student web portal plan.

Denise previously served as Director of Student Services at the All-State Career School in Essington, PA; as Student Services Advisor at the PJA School/Prism Career Institute in Upper Darby; and as program assistant and student activities board advisor for Philadelphia Futures’ Sponsor-A-Scholar program. Her civic engagements include serving as membership coordinator for Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, and as public relations chair and social action chair for Kappa Omega Zeta chapter. Denise received her BA in Communications from Cheney University and her Master of Science in Management from Rosemont College.
