The work displayed here was produced for the Western Landscape Course, which takes place each spring term. Six junior students along with the Professor Paul Runyon travelled to both remote and populated areas of Utah, Arizona and Nevada. The class spent ten days on the road shooting each day. The following terms are spent editing and printing what has been shot. 

This year the class visited, Capitol Reef National Park, Arches National Park, Goblin Valley State Park, Little Wild Horse, Calf Creek Falls, Devil’s Garden, Canyonlands National Park, Moab and Monument Valley Tribal Park. The objective behind the class is to expose the students to the varied geology, social landscape and culture that makes up the up the southwest.
