Mark Stockton is an artist who lives and teaches in Philadelphia. His drawings have been shown both nationally and internationally, with exhibitions in Philadelphia, Los Angeles, New York, London, and Beijing. Originally from the West Coast, he received his BFA from Oregon State University in 1996 and his MFA in Painting and Drawing from Syracuse University in 2000. 

He currently teaches Design, Design for Media and Drawing at Drexel University. 

He is also co-faculty advisor to the student run group DART.

Stockton is currently an active member of the artist collective and gallery- Vox Populi in Philadelphia. Recent solo shows with Vox include a 2013 exhibition of photos, prints, and drawings entitled The World (This One) and Index, a 2012 exhibition. His work has can be seen in The West Collection (Oaks, PA) where he was awarded a purchase award in 2012, and can also be found in many other private collections.
