Stephen Cantando is a designer and builder with over 15 years of experience working across design, construction, and planning. His work focuses on helping teams make sense of complex projects—whether that means defining a program, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, or translating ideas into buildable solutions.

A graduate of Drexel University’s architecture program (2016), Stephen enjoys helping students connect design thinking with the practical side of architecture. He aims to make the profession feel more transparent and accessible, sharing real-world insight into how projects evolve, where challenges arise, and how architects navigate them.

Outside of work, he spends time renovating houses and, like many architects, learning (sometimes the hard way) what it really takes to build things well.
