Greg Ruggiero has over a decade of experience in IT Support in higher education. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University’s Information Technology; Security Risk Analysis Program. Upon receiving his diploma, Greg worked for Penn State’s College of Health and Human Development, eventually managing his own area of Main Campus as an IT Support Specialist. During that time, he implemented many technology solutions associated with the university’s Golf Course Turfgrass Management Program, The Department of Food Science Tasting Lab, and many other unique programs offered by the college.
Greg joined Drexel in 2015 as an IT Support Specialist and helped to implement many solutions offered to students including the Papercut Printing Solution, our PC’s Software Center Application Store, our Mac’s Self Service Portal, and many others. For years, Greg oversaw the successful deployment and configuration of Westphal’s lab computers, faculty and staff workstations, and classroom technology. In recent years, he began managing the Westphal Print Center which offers large-format printing to all of Drexel University.
In his personal life, Greg enjoys attending live music events, art exhibits, and street festivals in the Philadelphia Area.
