Mr. Leso is the Survey General Manager for Schock Group, LLC with over 25 years of experience in civil engineering and land surveying. His land surveying experience encompasses survey projects and a mixture of field and office work. He specializes in ALTA (Land Title Surveys) and Boundary surveys in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. His civil engineering experience includes design in all phases of land development, site design and stormwater management.
He has a BS in Civil Engineering from Drexel University (2001) and a BS in Surveying Engineering Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (2006). He is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York, Connecticut and Ohio. He is a licensed Professional Engineering in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Connecticut.
Mr. Leso has worked with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) in developing the passing score (cut score) for the Computer Based Fundamentals of Surveying (FS) exam. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors and recently served terms as President, Vice President and Secretary. He has been an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University teaching Construction Surveying since the Spring Term of 2016.
