Dr. Christine Fiori serves as an adjunct professor at Drexel University, where she teaches courses in Construction Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering Drexel University and brings nearly three decades of experience in higher education, construction, engineering, and leadership development to the classroom. She is also the Region 1 Director of the Associated Schools of Construction.
Throughout her career, Dr. Fiori has served as a professor, department head, program director, and project engineer, while maintaining strong connections with the construction industry. Her areas of expertise include construction management, leadership and team development, organizational culture, communication, accountability, and the development of emerging professionals.
Dr. Fiori is also a leadership facilitator, internationally certified executive and life balance coach, and co-founder of Teyana Wellness. Her approach combines technical knowledge with practical leadership skills and a focus on developing professionals who are effective communicators, thoughtful leaders, and strong contributors to their teams and organizations.
