Kate joins Drexel with a background in fundraising and development as well as a strong passion for the arts. Prior to her arrival at Drexel, Kate spent two years at Rutgers Law School in Camden, NJ as an Advancement Coordinator. In this position, she was responsible for stewardship, communications, and development, while producing and editing Rutgers’ podcast The Power of Attorney and its mini-lecture series Sidebar. Kate’s career also includes service at The Catholic Foundation of Greater Philadelphia and The Public Theater in New York City. 

In her new role, Kate will foster alumni engagement for Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts & Design through strategic stewardship initiatives. She will engage new alumni to build a culture of impactful and sustainable giving.

Kate is a Pennsylvania native and holds a bachelor’s degree in Theatre from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is currently pursuing her master’s in Nonprofit Management. She can be reached by email at bianco@drexel.edu.
