The University Writing Program (UWP) comprises several interrelated programs designed to support the use of writing as a powerful tool for thinking, inquiry, and communication. Members of the UWP consult and collaborate with faculty across the University on writing-related projects such as using and teaching writing, creating informal writing assignments to support student learning, creating or revising major writing assignments, or developing strategies for responding to student writing. The Teaching and Learning Center and UWP work with instructors to promote effective practices for integrating writing in teaching and learning environments across Drexel.
