The Office of Faculty Advancement supports Drexel faculty throughout the professional lifecycle. Faculty Advancement coordinates efforts across the university community to attract, recruit, retain, develop, promote, and support diverse and talented faculty who engage and inspire Drexel’s students. The Office of Faculty Advancement also provides resources to advance faculty careers, promote faculty diversity; and encourage a healthy work-life balance. The Teaching and Learning Center and Office of Faculty Advancement engage in numerous collaborations including the annual New Faculty Orientation.
