USCIS Premium Processing Fee Increase Effective March 1

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued a final rule increasing USCIS premium processing fees effective March 1, 2026 to account for inflation. Any Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing, postmarked on or after the effective date, must include the new fee for the requested benefit.

• Form I-765 (OPT and STEM OPT): $1,780 (previously $1,685)
• Form I-539 (Change of status to F-1/F-2/J-1/J-2): $2,075 (previously $1,965)
• Form I-129 (Petition for H-1B, O-1, TN): $2,965 (previously $2,805)
• Form I-140 (Employment-Based green card petitions): $2,965 (previously $2,805)
