Continue Preparing for the IRB Module Go-Live
To help ensure you're ready for August 17, we encourage you to:
- Review the available training materials and user guides on the Novelution Hub.
- Verify that your CITI profile is properly linked so your training records will transfer correctly.
- Close any inactive IRB studies in COEUS.
- Download and securely save copies of approved protocols, recruitment materials, and other important IRB documentation from COEUS.
- Review the submission timing guidance if you anticipate submitting new studies, modifications, or renewals near the go-live date.
- Take advantage of Office Hours.
Our drop-in office hours continue throughout the weeks leading up to launch. These informal sessions are an opportunity to ask questions of the Novelution Implementation Team and the Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) team about the transition, training resources, submission guidance, or system functionality.
