Reminder: Novelution IRB Module Launches August 17 - Join Today's Webinar

The launch of the IRB Module in Novelution is less than one week away! On Monday, August 17, Novelution will become the new electronic research administration system for IRB submissions, beginning the transition from COEUS.

To help ensure you're ready for go-live, here are a few important reminders.

Prepare for the IRB Module Launch

Before August 17, we encourage you to:

  • Review the available training materials and user guides on the Novelution Hub.
  • Verify that your CITI profile is properly linked.
  • Download any approved protocols or other IRB documentation you wish to retain from COEUS.
  • Review submission guidance if you anticipate submitting new studies, modifications, or renewals near the go-live date.

Need a Refresher?

Join our final Novelution Update: IRB Module Launch Preparation webinar today, Wednesday, August 12 at noon, or attend one of our upcoming drop-in office hours to ask questions of the Novelution Implementation Team and HRPP staff.

Accessing Novelution

Beginning Monday, August 17, Novelution will be available at: novelution.drexel.edu.

You will sign in using your Drexel Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials. We recommend bookmarking the site now so it's easy to access on launch day.
