IRB Review Changes September 27, 2017 In preparation for transition to attain compliance with Final Rule, for those studies regulated by the Final Rule, the IRB will not accept submissions after 11/24/17. This will permit the IRB members to complete all reviews under the Common Rule prior to the compliance date of 1/18/18. New submissions accepted after 12/11/17 must use new consent templates and other requirements resultant from the Final Rule. These submissions will be reviewed after the 1/18/18 compliance date.
