As Senior Vice Provost for Finance and Administration, Anna Chrulkiewicz provides leadership in wide-ranging areas to support a successful, efficient and sustainable academic enterprise. She oversees the college budgetary process and provides the academic units with guidance in human resources, operations management, and resource allocations.

Among her key responsibilities is managing RCM implementation and evaluation within the colleges, including establishing a continuous improvement process and transparent expectations to ensure alignment with Drexel’s strategic plan.

Biography

Chrulkiewicz joined Drexel University in 1999 as Program Manager for the Executive MBA program in the LeBow College of Business. She was appointed LeBow’s Director of College Operations in 2001 and, in 2004, was named Associate Dean and Chief of Staff. She joined the Provost’s Office in 2021 with a dual appointment as Senior Vice Provost for Finance and Administration.

At LeBow, Chrulkiewicz strategized countless improvements within the college in areas spanning human resources, information systems, institutional research, facilities, technology and finance. She simplified and centralized the college’s budgetary processes, leading to reduced spending, and developed administrative tools to streamline course offerings, faculty development, technology upgrades and more. Among her key achievements was the planning and oversight of the construction of Gerri C. LeBow Hall, including the coordination of dozens of faculty and staff in focus groups.
