Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) Scholar Program

The Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) Scholar Program offers scholarships, professional development, and internship opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students of Hispanic heritage. Applicants must be US citizens, permanent residents, or DACA recipients and plan to enroll full-time in a four-year college or university in the fall of the application year.

In order to qualify for an HSF scholarship, each applicant must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be a U.S. citizen OR legal permanent resident with a valid permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551
• Have a minimum of 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) for high school students; minimum of 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) for college and graduate students
• Plan to apply for federal financial aid using the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). DACA applicants do not apply for FAFSA, however, they must submit household income information.
• Plan to enroll full-time in an accredited, public or not-for-profit, four-year university, or graduate school in the US for the upcoming academic year
• The HSF Scholar Program is open to students of all races who identify as being of Hispanic heritage.
