Please join the Drexel Kline Chapter of The American Constitution Society in hosting a panel of three former federal prosecutors from the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The panel will discuss how recent Department of Justice policies have infringed on constitutional protections in the criminal justice system.

Sean McDonnell

Sean McDonnell is the Director of Government Investigations at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Before that, he was a White Collar Litigation and Investigations partner at Mayer Brown LLP in Washington, DC. McDonnell spent five years as an Assistant United States Attorney in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Denise Wolf

Denise Wolf is currently Associate Counsel for the Anti-Defamation League. She was previously the Inspector General for SEPTA for over four years. Before that, she spent 18 years as a criminal prosecutor at the Justice Department, including two years as Criminal Chief for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania during the first Trump administration.

Kevin Jayne

Kevin Jayne is currently Senior Counsel at AstraZeneca, working on Litigation and Investigation matters. Before that, he spent more than 10 years as an Assistant United States Attorney in both the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Western District of Virginia.
