A networking event for Kline students of each year to gather at a bar in Philadelphia to unwind, socialize, and take a break from studying. It has nothing to do with studying for the bar, but just a play on words. This event will be on Friday, October 3 from 5-9 PM at Cavanaugh's Rittenhouse.

Although menopause is a stage of life that half the population will experience, silence and stigma surrounding menopause allow bias and discrimination to flourish. Join Vital Signs for a conversation with Professors Emily Gold Waldman, Bridget Crawford, and Naomi Cahn, authors of Hot Flash: How the Law Ignores Menopause and What We Can Do About It, about their efforts to replace the silence surrounding menopause with a deeper understanding of menopause as one of several stages in a person’s reproductive life. They will discuss their vision for more responsive laws and policies that would incorporate menopause and support a more equitable future.

Join us on Thursday, October 30th at 5pm for the Tenth Annual Oxholm Colloquium on Public Service. This event will be held at Drexel Kline School of Law and will feature a keynote address by United States Representative Mary Gay Scanlon and comments by 2025 Oxholm Fellows Deaven Ross and Joshua Ventura. The Colloquium will be immediately followed by a wine and cheese reception.
