The Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project engages students from urban high schools, teaching them about the power of the U.S. Constitution and its relevance in their lives.

Our students visit high schools across the city of Philadelphia to teach classes about the legal system and its power to resolve conflicts in a civil manner.  The high school students who show the greatest aptitude can compete in regional and national moot court competitions, where they put their newfound knowledge of the law and critical thinking skills into practice.

The school has hosted past competitions featuring high-school students from local and regional Marshall-Brennan competitions in Baton Rouge, La., Boston, Mass., Camden, N.J., Louisville, Ky., New Haven, Conn., Tempe, Ariz., Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia.
