Blog Founded by Dean Daniel Filler Listed on ABA Journal’s Web 100

The ABA Journal has listed The Faculty Lounge, a blog launched by Dean Daniel Filler, as one of the 35 Best Legal Blogs of 2018.

The listing is a component of the Journal’s Web 100, which includes law-related podcasts and social media, as well as blogs.   

This is the fourth time the Journal has recognized The Faculty Lounge since it began publishing a list of leading law-related blogs in 2006. The blog was listed in the publication’s “Annual Blawg 100” in 2015, in 2010 and 2009.

The Faculty Lounge offers information and perspectives for and by law professors about the legal academe and legal scholarship.

Filler, who co-founded the blog, is a regular contributor, along with colleagues Steven Lubet of Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, Anthony Gaughan of Drake University Law School, Bridget Crawford of Pace Law School, Kim Krawiec of Duke University School of Law and scores of guest writers from law schools across the U.S.
