Professor Chapin Cimino explored the Supreme Court’s controversial ruling in the Citizens United case as a featured guest on the American Law Journal, a legal affairs program on CNN affiliate WFMZ-69.

Cimino appeared on the program with Danielle Franco-Malone, legislative counsel with the Alliance for Justice in Washington, D.C., Edward Cahn, the former chief judge for the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Gene Cohen, former judge for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

Earlier the same day, Cimino appeared as an invited presenter at the Moral Foundations of Private Law Symposium at Villanova University School of Law.  Cimino presented “Multiple Ends of Contract Law: A Convergence of Virtue Jurisprudence, Relational Theory and Marketing Literature.”
