Professor Pammela S. Quinn will discuss her article, “Sponsoring Corruption,” at the Maryland Journal of International Law Fall Symposium.
The Oct. 21 symposium will explore corruption in international sports, from fraud at FIFA to sports gambling and corruption within the International Olympic Committee.
Quinn will serve on a panel exploring “Combating Corruption Beyond the Pitch,” which will include colleagues from Florida State University and the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
As a scholar, Quinn focuses on issues related to the regulation of institutions and actors across national borders. The courses she teaches include Transnational Legal Issues and Public International Law.
