The Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania has awarded 2L Renu Urvashi Sagreiya with the Judge William M. Marutani Fellowship.  

Sagreiya is completing a co-op placement with HIAS and Council Migration Service of Philadelphia, where she provides legal assistance to Latina victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking.  

She has also received the South Asian Bar Association of Greater Boston’s Legal Intern Fellowship and an Equal Justice American Legal Services Fellowship.   

Sagreiya serves on the board of Ollin Yoliztl Calmecac, a non-profit organization that promotes  indigenous Mexican culture and languages in Philadelphia.
