Professor Amy Landers will be a presenter at “Future World IP: Legal Responses to the Tech Revolution,” the Denver Law Review Symposium at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law on Feb. 5.
Landers will take part in a panel, “Navigating Patent Thickets,” which are the overlapping intellectual property rights that companies encounter when they hope to bring new technology to the market place.
The director of the law school’s Intellectual Property Law Program, Landers is a recognized authority on patent law and the author of “Understanding Patent Law,” now in its second edition, and the co-author of “Global Issues in Intellectual Property Law” and “Global Issues in Patent Law.”
