Professor Harvey Rishikof presented at a conference, “Viewing a Cyber Event from the C-Suite,” at the Union League in Center City Philadelphia on March 25.
Rishikof, an expert on law and national security, chairs the American Bar Association's Standing Committee on Law and National Security. He was previously a senior policy advisor at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and served as legal counsel to the deputy director of the FBI, where he focused on policies concerning national security and terrorism.
He joined retired U.S. Air Force Col. Norman Balchunas and Professor Scott White of the Drexel College of Computing and Informatics at the conference, which was organized by the LeBow College of Business and the College of Computing and Informatics.
Rishikof teaches National Security Law at the law school.
