Adjunct Professor Robert Tomilson Tapped as ALI Advisor

Robert Tomilson, a member of the law school’s adjunct faculty, has been appointed as an adviser by the American Law Institute on its project, “Principles of the Law of Liability Insurance.”

A member of Cozen O’Connor and co-chair of the firm’s Reinsurance Practice Group, Tomilson will join a team that will include judges, legal scholars, the insurance industry and other law practitioners to develop the principles as a declaration of what the ALI thinks should constitute insurance law.

The ALI is the nation’s leading independent organization that produces scholarly work to clarify, modernize and otherwise improve the law.

Tomilson teaches Insurance Law.
