The law school’s Entrepreneurial Law Clinic has been named a Top 20 finalist in the Startup PHL’s inaugural Call for Ideas competition.
The clinic, which serves startups, proposed creation of open-source legal documents that entrepreneurs could use to launch their businesses.
The proposal was among about 120 submitted to the competition, which was sponsored by Startup PHL, a joint venture of the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Commerce and the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation.
Winners will be announced later in February.
