Professor Richard Frankel was an invited speaker at “Controlling Speech in 2013: Money, Politics and Power,” a law policy forum sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Philadelphia Bar Association on April 8.
The forum covered topics such as the impact of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in the Citizens United case and speech in non-presidential elections.
Frankel joined Pepper Hamilton partner Amy Ginensky in discussing social media and the First Amendment.
Frankel’s expertise focuses on the intersection between civil rights, civil procedure and the federal courts.
