Professors Bret D. Asbury and Kevin Woodson offered commentary on work by new legal scholars at the Third Annual John Mercer Langston Black Male Law Faculty Writing Workshop in Boston on June 29.
Asbury offered commentary on the article, “Solidarity, Social Norms, and Uncle Tom,” while Woodson provided feedback on “Julian Mack and the Garvey Trial: a Study in the Ideology, Theory, and Practice of Judicial Restraint,” at the workshop, which was held at Suffolk University Law School.
