Supreme Court Justice Stephen G. Breyer will offer insights on ways the nation’s high court can promote workable government without compromising constitutional principles during an appearance in Philadelphia.
The law school is a cooperating organization in the event, which is sponsored by the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia.
The luncheon will be held at noon on Oct. 13 in the Crystal Tea Room of the Wanamaker Building in Center City.
