Professor Anil Kalhan will present "Dynamic Judicial Independence: Case Studies from Pakistan and India" during the Judicial Activism and Social Transformation in South Asia panel at the Association for Asian Studies-International Convention of Asia Scholars Joint Conference, March 31 to April 3 in Hawaii.

Professor Kalhan co-organized the panel discussion with Anita Weiss, professor and head of the Department of International Studies at the University of Oregon.
