Professor Barry Furrow's articles, "Reform and Ted Kennedy: The Art of Politics...and Persistence" and "Regulating Patient Safety: The Affordable Care Act," have been accepted for publication in the New York University Journal of Legislation and Public Policy and the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, respectively.

Professor Furrow is a pioneer in the field of health law. He is the lead author of "Health Law — Cases, Materials and Problems" (now in its 6th edition), which remains the leading casebook in the field. He is also co-author of the treatise, "Health Law," which the U.S. Supreme Court has cited three times.
