Rudolph Garcia Retired Shareholder, Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, PC Past Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association Before leaving his large-firm practice to concentrate on alternative dispute resolution at the end of 2015, Rudolph Garcia engaged in a wide variety of complex civil litigation for nearly 40 years, in such areas as antitrust, securities, intellectual property and telecommunications. Garcia earned his JD from the Temple University Beasley School of Law, cum laude, and his undergraduate BA from Temple magna cum laude. He served as chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association in 2011, was designated "International Legal Professional of the Year" in 2004 by the International Biographical Centre of Cambridge, England and has been consistently selected by his peers for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers since 2004 and Best Lawyers in America since 2006.
