PhD Candidate Receives Fulbright-Hays Fellowship to Conduct Dissertation Research in Columbia

Drexel's Pennoni Honors College recently announced that Kati Hinman, a PhD candidate in Community Health & Prevention at the Dornsife School of Public Health, was awarded a Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Abroad (DDRA) Fellowship for 2023-24.

The Fulbright-Hays DDRA fellowship program provides doctoral candidates with opportunities to engage in dissertation fieldwork abroad. Kati will use the award to spend 8 months in Columbia conducting research on resilience and resistance to intersectional violence.
