An upcoming evaluation study by researchers at the Dornsife School of Public Health, on the performance of the “Philly Joy Bank,” was mentioned in an Oct. 7WHYY story. The guaranteed income program provides $1,000 a month for 18 months to selected families with low incomes who live in Cobbs Creek, Strawberry Mansion and Nicetown-Tioga.
