Ali Groves, PhD, an associate professor in the Dornsife School of Public Health, wrote a Nov. 18 PennLive opinion article about the early evidence of successes from guaranteed income programs like The Philly Joy Bank. Groves and colleagues are currently evaluating the impact of the program.
