Arthur Frank, PhD, a professor emeritus and clinical professor in the Dornsife School of Public Health, was quoted in a March 11 l’Humanité (France) story about the discovery of asbestos in nearly 36,000 kilometers — about 4 percent — of municipal water mains in France.
