Field, PhD, JD, a professor in the Kline School of Law and the Dornsife School of Public Health, authored a Sept. 4 column for The Philadelphia Inquirer suggesting that a trade war with China could lead to the country withholding clinical data that could prevent the spread of pandemic flu originating in Chinese poultry.
