A Drexel research team led by Ana Diez Roux, MD, PhD, MPH, dean of the Dornsife School of Public Health and director of the Urban Health Collaborative, was mentioned in a Jan. 24 NBC-10 article talking about the Wellcome Trust grant that was awarded to Drexel recently to study sustainability in Latin American countries. The story was also picked up by the Associated Press and featured in more than 30 news outlets across the country, including Philly.com and Houston Chronicle.
