Leah Wright Rigueur, PhD, assistant professor of public policy, Malcolm Wiener Center for Social Policy at Harvard Kennedy School; and Clem Harris, PhD, visiting assistant professor of African American studies at Wesleyan University

 

Though the Black vote has political power, are individual and community concerns being heard and met? What are the advantages and disadvantages of one party over the other? Two scholars, one representing each party, will debate these timely questions.
