Department of Biodiversity, Earth and Environmental Science
Research Interests:
Stream ecology, water quality assessment, macroinvertebrate response to flow alterations, mayfly
Bio:
I pursued my bachelor degree in Ecology and master degree in Zoology from the National University of Mongolia. My research is looking at how flow has been altered in temperate steppe rivers, how organisms are altered because of that, and whether these impacts of hydrological alterations to macroinvertebrate communities are scalable from the smaller reach of a river to the macroscale level encompassing many rivers in two continents, USA and Mongolia.
