External Hyperlinks

To link to an external web page (not in Sitecore), use the Hyperlink Manager.

  1. Click Show Editor (usually for the Body field) and highlight the text you want to display as a link.
  2. Click Hyperlink Manager.hyperlink manager button
  3. Enter the web address for the destination page in the URL field.Hyperlink Manager Window

  4. Click OK. You will see the blue hyperlink Sitecore created in the Text Editor field.

  5. Click Accept if you are finished editing.
  6. Save and Approve for Publication.
