Happy Holidays from the Graduate College
December 20, 2023
On behalf of the Graduate College, I wish you joy, peace and good health this holiday season!
You, our graduate and professional students, bring an array of diverse experiences and global perspectives to the table which enrich the learning and growth of all our community members. We are grateful that you have chosen Drexel for your academic and professional pursuits and for the opportunity to celebrate your contributions and achievements.
This winter break, as you gather with loved ones or find moments of quiet reflection, consider the significance of the knowledge you've acquired and the inquiries you've dared to explore. It is through your intellectual curiosity and ambition that our academic and professional community thrives, and I am continually inspired by the passion each of you brings to our university.
Don’t hesitate to reach out to the staff in the Graduate College. We are here to support you throughout your graduate education. I hope you will take advantage of available academic, career, and health and wellness resources and seek support as needed, including through SupportLinc, Drexel’s Employee Assistance Program, a free 24/7 confidential and professional service for support, guidance, counseling and resources offered to graduate students and their household members and families. For those of you who plan to report to campus over the break, be sure to review our end of term and winter break reminders.
In the coming year, I am hopeful for continued progress in enhancing the student experience and making Drexel a more welcoming and inclusive community for all. I encourage you to review our new Drexel 2030 – Designing the Future strategic plan website to learn more about our progress and to stay up-to-date with strategic initiatives.
Take care and be well.
With heartfelt gratitude,
