AWIS Student Travel Awards and Mentoring Program
September 29, 2021
The Association for Women in Science (AWIS) Philadelphia 2022 travel award program includes awards for in-person ($500) or virtual ($250) conferences.
These awards support the presentation by female graduate students of their own research at national or international meetings during 2022:
- The Robert E. Davies Award, established in 1993
- The Adelaide M. Delluva Award, established in 2008
- Langan Travel Awards in Engineering and Environmental Science: a generous grant from Langan enables us to this year offer two additional awards, to an engineering, and an environmental science student
Application deadline for all awards is November 1, 2021, for conferences to be held any time during 2022 (no exceptions).
Details of the AWIS-PHL Travel Award Policy and application instructions can be found on the website.
