Disney’s The Lizzie McGuire Movie starring teen queen Hillary Duff opened in 2003 to commercial success, ranking number two at the box office. The film’s director, Jim Fall, will visit Westphal on Wednesday, April 15 to provide a live commentary during the screening of the film. “The Lizzie McGuire Movie: Live Director's Commentary" is free to the public and will take place at 7:00pm in the URBN Annex Screening Room (3401 Filbert Street). Jim Fall has had a diversified directing career spanning theater, television and film. His feature film career began with the acclaimed independent feature, Trick, and The Lizzie McGuire Movie was his studio directing debut. His TV credits include episodes of So NoTORIous, VH1's scripted comedy starring Tori Spelling and Zachary Quinto, and Grosse Pointe, the Darren Star-produced comedy series that has become a cult favorite.
